Adams, William “Willie”
December 6, 1860 - May 27, 1941
He was the son of John Adams and Mary Sheen of Texas. He came from the Sonora area of Texas to Hachita in about 1914 to ranch.
Willie was married to Emily Sowell. He won a grocery store in Hachita in a poker game. He later sold that and moved outside of Animas and ranched there.
Children were William Henry, Walter, H G “Talley”, Danny, and Edith.
He died of pneumonia.
