Emily was born in Hunt County, Texas to William H and Elizabeth Jane Hefner Sowell. She married William Adams. They moved to Hachita & the Upper Animas Valley and ranched.
Their children were William Henry, Walter, H G “Talley”, Danny, and Edith.
She died in Las Vegas, New Mexico. |
