Cox, Roy Elbert
October 1, 1892 - April 27, 1972
Roy was the son of George and Laura Reid Cox and was born in Oklahoma. Siblings were Fred, Willard, Henry, Craig, Lonnie, Maude, and Lucille.
Moved from Graham, Texas when the rest of the family moved to the Rodeo area. He married Nora Gentry and had children Roy C, Louie L, and Dorothy L.
Retired from the Southern Pacific RR as a signal maintainer. Besides ranching and being a butcher, he was a WWI veteran.
