Gomez, Felipe Valdez

Eldest child of Guillermo and Marcos Gomez. His brothers and sisters were, Isabel, Gilbert, Miguel, Herminia, and Rosa Lidia. He spent part of his childhood with Torivia and Jose Mendoza.
He married Concha Martinez of Cabullona, Sonora, Mexico and worked as a telegrapher for the Southern Pacific at the Rodeo Depot. While there, they had a daughter, Maria Jesus Gomez.
He went on to serve in the Army, including a stint in Germany. He and his family moved to Willmington, California, where his parents lived after his return from the Army. They had another daughter,
Susana while living there. He retired from Arizona Feeds and he and Concha moved back to New Mexico in 1988 and lived in Lordsburg until his death, after a long illness from liver problems.
