Martin, Talbert

Talbert was the second child of Jeff and Nora Martin. He was born and raised in Claude, Texas. It is not certain, but he may have attended high school in Animas. He came to the Animas Valley in 1919 and worked on the ranch with his father and two brothers Beuford and Driscoll.
He married Marguarite Blackwell July 14, 1927. He was accidentally killed in an electrical accident at the smelter in Douglas, Arizona in 1928. He had no children. |
