Wells, Alice Pearl Reed

"Wife and Mother"
She was the youngest daughter of Stephen Baden Reed (of Missouri) and Isabelle Reed;
born in Arizona. Her Father was the one who started the research station in Cave
Creek Canyon, that is now owned by the American Museum of Natural History. Her
siblings were Lula, Grover, Bill, Claudia and Walter. Married to James Wells and they
had four daughters at the time of the 1910 census: Lula, Lavenia, Nettie B and
Lillie. Another report says they had a son, Walter.
